March 5: Category Five & Jonathan King

A collision of classical strings and African rhythms is just half of the musical storm blowing your way when Category Five returns to Gainesville. The storm force builds with their high energy jigs and reels - just in time to dance off a day of feasting.

At the center of the tempest is our caller and jester, Jonathan King.

Category Five is:
• Sarah Mitchell on flute, hammered dulcimer, and percussion;
• Kathie Aagaard on fiddle;
• John McEwen on Irish banjo, tenor guitar, percussion; and
• David Massey on keyboard.
