JJ Luxe and 250 Blues

The 250 Blues band anchors the evening with live old-time dance music: Michael Stapleton on banjo, Chuck Levy on fiddle, and Michael Godwin on guitar. Stapleton’s banjo adds drive and rhythmic snap, Levy’s fiddle carries the lift and melodic fire, and Godwin’s guitar locks in the pulse that keeps dancers moving.

JJ Luxe of Orlando brings bright, welcoming energy to the microphone for this Independence Celebration contra dance. His calling keeps the evening clear, lively, and accessible, whether dancers are brand new or already know the figures.
