Good & Plenty is a vibrant traditional contra dance band based in Asheville, North Carolina, that frequently performs for contra dances and folk dance events across the Southeast.

Laura Lengnick is known for her work in the Asheville, North Carolina contra dance community, having performed with various ensembles, including “Mr. Danger” alongside guitarist Larry Unger. Laura brings fellow Asheville mucisians Karen Gaughan and Tory Horner together to bring the vibrant energy that Asheville is famous for. ​
